Christina Wright

I bring a lifetime of Chatsworth/San Fernando Valley roots to every transaction. Born and raised in Chatsworth, I have an intimate understanding of the neighborhoods, schools, and communities that make up the Valley.
I built my foundation in real estate at California State University, Northridge, completing coursework in real estate law, principles, appraisal, market analysis, finance, marketing, and negotiation — going well beyond the state’s minimum licensing requirements to prepare for a career built on real expertise. As I love teaching, I am especially passionate in being a buyers agent for first time home-buyers, but use this passion to serve everyone for all of their real estate needs.
I am committed to bringing energy, education, and genuine local knowledge to every client relationship — whether you’re a first-time buyer or a seller ready to make your next move.
Fulfilling your needs and wants to properly represent you in the sale or purchase of your home, is my number one priority. If you’re thinking about buying or selling in the Valley, I’d love the chance to earn your business.
